Among Vietnamese women, the average annual age-adjusted incidence during the period 1988 to 1992 was 34.8 per 100,000 for in situ and invasive breast cancer combined, compared with higher rates among women in the other racial or ethnic groups (from 81.6 to 146.4 per 100,000 for Asians [Chinese, Japanese, Filipinos] and non-Hispanic whites, respectively.
